We want every visit to our spa to be a memorable experience for you. To offer that we ask that, while in our facility, all cell phones and pagers are turned off.
Please remember to leave jewellery and valuables at home as the spa is not responsible for lost or stolen objects.
To ensure that you have enough time to change and enjoy the spa surrounding, we request that you arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your reservation time. Arriving late for appointments will deprive you of precious minutes from your spa treatments. All appointments will end at their scheduled times to ensure following appointments are not delayed.
Enjoy our luxurious men's and women's change rooms with private lockers, showers, and fully equipped amenities.
With many of our treatments, you will be provided with a luxurious robe and a pair of slippers to change into. Disposable briefs are available for Vichy and body treatments; however, during treatments you will be draped at all times to ensure your comfort and privacy. Please note that you are required to bring your own swimsuit for all hydrotherapy treatments.
Complimentary beverages and snacks are available in the spa lounge. For your pleasure, we also offer a limited food and beverage menu.
