Our spa and retail store are open:

Monday-Saturday 9am-9pm
Sunday 10am – 6pm

Hours are subject to change.

Appointments can be made online or by phone. We are unable to accept appointments via email or through social media.

You will receive an email confirmation of your appointment and will be required to complete our regular spa health intake form electronically before your appointment. All documents must be complete prior to entering the spa change rooms, relaxation lounge and receiving your service.

Please note: At this time we are unable to welcome guests under the age of 16

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance at no penalty.

Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your original appointment time will result in a 50% service charge. This is considered a Same Day Cancellation.

No Shows are subject to a penalty fee of 100% service charge. No Shows are considered when you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment and/or do not arrive for your appointment without contacting the spa.

Guests 16 years of age and over are welcome at Riverstone Spa.

Please do not bring valuables or jewelry to the spa. Riverstone Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

The Forks can be a busy area, especially on weekends and during special events. Please make sure you plan your visit with enough time to find parking and arrive a minimum of 15 minutes before your treatment, especially if you are visiting during a busy time. Arranging for someone to drop you off and pick you up can be helpful during times where parking is limited.  Arriving late may limit your appointment timing.

We ask that cell phones be on silent while in the spa. Please keep your voice down while in the waiting area to ensure every guest can enjoy a relaxing and calm experience at the spa.

We ask that you arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to our appointment to check in, change, and get settled prior to your appointment. You are welcome to arrive even earlier to take time to enjoy our amenities such as the sauna, steam room, rain showers, and to relax in the lounge.

All parking at The Forks is owned and operated by FNP Parking and is paid parking only. Parking is available behind Inn at the Forks, the Forks Parkade, and in front of the Forks Market. Parking can be paid for at the nearby meters, or the Pay by Phone parking app. Please ensure you give yourself enough time to find parking before your appointment. 

The spa has a snack bar with an assortment of light snacks, locally sourced loose leaf tea, and Nespresso coffee beverages.

A curated spa menu from SMITH is available, if you wish to order additional food and beverages, including wine and craft cockatils. Please inform reception of your selection and we will assist in ordering, taking your service times into account.

We do not offer direct billing, however will provide an insurance receipt once your service is complete, so that you may claim it with your benefits provider.

All Massage Therapists at Riverstone Spa are Registered Massage Therapists (RMT’s).

Riverstone Spa gift cards are a perfect and flexible option for spa gift ideas.

We suggest choosing a dollar amount rather than select specific services, as it can be used towards any treatment or retail item at Riverstone Spa. The value on the gift card never expires and can also be used at Inn at the Forks or SMITH restaurant.
